What can i use to clean my black eye liner?

everytime i clean it, i have to rub it very hard. i scare i will be blind one day. i tried to use wet tissue and wet towel but its doesn't work if i don't rub it really hard. what can i do?What can i use to clean my black eye liner?
Try any kind of eye make-up remover towelettes, or make-up remover lotion/gel/oil. If it's a thick, or non smudge able eyeliner. Try water-proof make-up removers. If you want a gentle remover try ';C.O Bigelow Rose water make-up remover.'; You can buy it at Bath and Body Works Locations. Between $5.00- $10.00. If it doesn't work They have a 100% money back. even if you use it.What can i use to clean my black eye liner?
i find that cleansing oil works best. any oil would! i like to use olive oil or coconut oil. one gentle wipe and its gone!highly recommend!
Use a facial wash (things developed for pimple treatment eg. clearasil work best) on a cotton bud or small amount of tissue if you dont have makeup remover. Undiluted works best especially if the eye liner is difficult to get off but be careful not to get in or to close to the eye as it stings like crazy. Thats why cotton buds are best as they are easy to get in close. Just wash the area with water afterwards or go about usual facial routine.
if you're looking for cheap%26amp;simple, this is how:

buy a jar of Pond's Cream (cold cream-lime green cap works best), wet a paper towel, dip it into the jar and clean your eyes off with it. it removes the makeup AND freshens the skin at the same time, so makeup will eventually look fresh longer.
Hello.

I use cleansing milk as for the rest of my face and it goes in 2 seconds! Try and let me know.
I use cleansing milk every day.It works and you don't have to rub your eyes too hard!
I know where you're coming from. I am a contact lens user and have been advised to use a makeup remover which does not contain oil. The only thing is, stubborn black eyeliner needs oil to remove it really..but I can't use oil..aaghh!!!

Try this...soak a cotton wool pad in makeup remover and hold on your eye for 5 seconds before sweeping away..try not to rub, if you can.
I would recommend the cleansing pad from Andrea's Eye. It has different versions and the blue one cleans the eye makeup in one go, it's very convenient and very clean. I dont like rubbing eye areas too hard as they are too delicate, I am afraid of wrinkles later on in my life. Check the source for more information and review.
use petroleum jelly, put some in a tissue or cotton to clean it. i assure you, it is very effective.
u could try to use baby oil or vaseline or use petroleum jelly. it will come off easily but after u take it off make sure u wash your face

thank u
Try the toner found on this page;

You could use ANY makeup remover...Petroleum Jelly REALLY works too...Good luck :)
OMG don't rub your eyes it's not that it will cause you to go blind but for you to get bad dark circles and even wrinkles. see your eyes are the most delicate skin on your face and the skin layer is very very thin. rubbing and tugging to get eye makeup out is VERY BAD. so find a makeup remover that is non greasy and is very gentle to your skin. also from now on be very gentle to your eyes. it's hard to get rid of dark circles and wrinkles but easy for us to get them.
