How to put on a THIN line of pencil eye liner please help URGENT SCHOOL IS IN 2 DAYS!!?

hi i have just started using eyeliner.i bought the pencil kind.(i don't want to go buy liquid) i always put it on to thick how do i put it on thin . and where do i put it. also i am only going to put it on my bottom to start out with.

First, using your index and middle finger, pull down your lower eyelid slightly. You should see a ';line'; that is lighter than the rest of your skin; trace that line with your eyeliner. Check to see if you go what your wanted. ok to start off eyeliner takes practise so i think you should skip it the first day just incase you end up like a raccoon. first of all somehting i do is to only put on hte eyeliner in thses places. ......the outer eye couner ...... the bottom of the outer eye couner...... and a little on the top. don't rub your eyes. you should apply with you eye mostly open and wave the pencil across the lash line. then you might want to smudge a bit.. and then add a dark eyeshadow intop of the eyeliner. be careful
If you want to only put it on the bottom lid then you HAVE to put it on the wet lid....i don't know if thats what its called but thats what I'm gonna put!! you know if you pull down your bottom lid?? Its that lid!! HAH!! Put it on there if you want a really thin line!!





My school starts in two days too!! I'm soo nervous!!
okay well if u want to make ur line thin u have to sharpen ur pencil so its sharp (not so sharp that is scratches ur skin) and i like to put it in the middle (as in a bit above the lash line and a bit on the waterline
