what brand??Better eye liner.... retractable or pencil kind??
I think that retractable ones are better, you dont have to deal with a mes or the lid falling off and eyeliner getting on everything.


Theres not really a brand, covergirl has good retractable eyeliner, its not too expensive like MAC and Sephora and all those name brands.Better eye liner.... retractable or pencil kind??

definetely revlon colorstay in black...it's retractable and it's very kohl like. It stays on all day and it's inexpensive (not cheap!).
mac is a pretty good brand but it depends if you like to go on the insid of your eyes i would choose pencil if you like the otside go wih retractble if you like both then get pencil but like if you like to just do te top lid use liquid i realy hope i helped[:

I like the retractable crayon kind, but it doesn't stay on very well, so I also use the pencil. Hmm, I'm not sure. Well, probably I'd choose the pencil because it goes on easier and stays on longer. I would suggest Mac eyeliner.
PENCIL!!!!!!! and it is also DA BEST if ur bearly learning! i get JORDANA or KOHLS!both work
