How can make my eye pencil roller liner pointy? i cant sharpen it!?

It is the roll-up kind ( like a lipstick) so when i use it, it becomes all flat! I can't sharpen it as its in a plastic tube...help please!How can make my eye pencil roller liner pointy? i cant sharpen it!?
heat it w/ a blow dryer, roll it gently b/w your fingers to get the point, then use. you can let it cool before you use it, but it'll go on easier when warm. good luck!How can make my eye pencil roller liner pointy? i cant sharpen it!?
try to scrape some of the eye liner off... try to shape it using a butter knife or something...thats why i hate using the roll up kind...i just liquid or pencil...
