L'Oreal Pencil Perfect. I've used both, (I'm a major eyeliner freak) and L'Oreal definately stayed on longer. At the end of the day it also looked more well maintained. DEFINETLY L'Oreal, ive used both of those eyeliners and the L'Oreal still looked fresh at the end of the day, its pretty much waterproof too!
