You can smudge pencil liner, and make thin lines. Liquid liner can be hard to use and also creates harsh lines.
pencil is better...it works fine...there is danger with liquid eye liner...it can spill over your face if u come in contact with water.

Liquid, it gives you a straighter line and it doesn't smudge or get thick like a pencil does. You should try putting it on with a brush, that looks the most natural.
Pencil eye liner is better for the natural look,.....liquid gives a more dramatic look!
It depends... in what color you use. liquid is for a bolder look(And stays on until you take it off.) pencil can be used for subtle eye framing. But if you want a natural look it all depends on your skin tone. Fair go for A medium brown. Medium a rich chocolatey brown and Dark Go for a Deep Blue or a lighter shade of black. You can also make your eyes pop by playing with colors that are opposites of your eye color... Play around and have fun with it! I love eyeliner! =o)
Pencil, because you can blend it with your fingers for a more smoky, natural look. : )
I think pencil is good for that, v can apply it as v want, i mean light,medium and dark shades.

i prefer clinique's water resistant eye liner. it comes in a cake type form like eye shadow. you apply it by wetting a very tiny brush and applying like liquid liner.





i cannot stand pencil liner as it is a pain to put on and i can never seemingly get it fine enough to not look like racoon eyes.

Well, pencil looks more natural but it is harder to put on and i dont think it stands out as much. Liquid is MUCH easier to put of but it is very bold. Yout oculd get liquid in a lighter lack. but i think pencil looks more natural. It dosent look perfectly natural but more natural than liquid.
Of course pencil one better! Pencil one still got wet or dry type! Its better to get the dry type one %26amp; waterproof one! I'm using the brand ';Golden';.. you can only get in those auntie auntie beauty shop! Its cheap %26amp; good to use cos its long lasting than the others i used before.. I started to draw my eyebrow since 16 %26amp; tried a lot of different brands!
i'd say pencil cuz sometimes liquid could be too u know watery
