The MAC liners are awesome but about $16. I also really like Maybelline. The ones that are moist like a crayon tend to have the most staying powder. If you're using the liner on the top of your lids, put pressed powder on it afterwards. This will ';set'; it and help it last throughout the day...Long lasting pencil eye liner?
