Kohl is a brand of an eyeliner... there are many other brands being sold in the market today.

May be what you have is a waterproof eyeliner. Try using moisturizing cream or a mild lotion to remove it.. use a cotton sawb/ball and gently wipe the eyeliner off in an outward direction.About eye liner pencil..girls plzz help me out?
Use a soft makeup remover and do it gently, because you don't want to rub your eyes hard you will get bags before your time.

Baby wipes or cotton balls are the best.
kohl and eye pencil is the same. but i prefer kohl. if u wanna remove kohl from ur eyes with water, DO NOT do it. it just makes a mess and makes u look ugly. try putting mild cream(with ur eyes closed) on ur eyes and keep it like that 4 a few minutes and then use wet wipie 2 wipe it off.
Ok, Im 13 but really good with stuff like this. Ok, there are these places called stores, am i right? So, go into the make up section and then there are these make up removers. you just have to pick the one fo yo eyes. Good luck chick! Oh and kohl is totally better. I use that under my eyes and thick liquid eyeliner on top, you should try. oh and if all else fails, use some wipes, baby, clorox, just wipes- well not all types, but that helps get it off too.
Using cleanser to remove it..

Any brand will do
BABY WIPES, work wonder. However I usually use Q-Tips to get it from around my eye-lashes. If you have good skin, baby oil works well also (it makes a mess on the first swipe, but then you take a clean tissue to clean up the mess).
U can easily remove it by usin cleansin milk n cotton nt worryin bout da dark stainz..:)
use baby oil or eye remover
Yeah it is just the same.

*How to Remove Eye Makeup*

Here is a great tip on how to remove eye makeup safely without the painful burning of caused by soap getting into your eyes.

Steps

Use baby shampoo. Think it's just for bathing your little one? Think again! The ';tear free'; baby shampoo is a great way to remove mascara (even waterproof!), eyeshadow and eyeliner. Eye makeup removers could get pretty pricey, especially if you wear eye makeup frequently, so this is a affordable and pain free way to remove makeup, without the burning!

Wet the area of your eyes with some tap water.

Apply a small amount of baby shampoo and massage it so some foam will appear.

Wash off with lukewarm water.

Alternatively, you could try using small amounts of olive oil. Dab a bit of oil on a piece of tissue or cotton ball and gently ease over your eyelid. The makeup will instantly disappear.

If you don't like the risk of getting these liquids in your eyes, you can also use petroleum jelly--it will take your makeup off instantly(all makeup, not just eye makeup).

use a small amount on a Q-tip.

Tips

If you are not comfterable with using baby shampoo on the eyes, try using baby wipes! Although designed for the bottom, these gentle wipes will easily remove any makeup without clogging the pores. Simply close your eyes and massage cloth on lashes and below the eyes.

Warnings

Don't use normal, non-';tear free'; shampoos, because they will cause stinging. If you don't have a choice, when you wash off the shampoo dry your eyes with a towel.

Some people are very allergic to petroleum jelly in the eyes, so be careful.
Use eye makeup remover to take it off. Cover girl is good and affordable. I don't know what KOHL is, but I like the kinds of eyeliners with a small markerlike tip. It applies much easier than pencil. Good luck!
