What is the BEST way to get Black Eye liner out?

ok and like my family is way 2 cheep to by mackup removerWhat is the BEST way to get Black Eye liner out?
Well makeup remover is the only way to get it off super easily...

If you cant get that then get hot water %26amp; soap then scrub your faces with soap then wash it out.

After your done dry it with a towel then after that wet your eyes again %26amp; this time wipe the left over black eyeliner with the tip of the towel or rag while that area of the eyes are still wet. What is the BEST way to get Black Eye liner out?
1) buy your own makeup remover. A makeup remover for like 6 bucks can last half the year. I don't think that anyone that can afford a computer can't afford a 6 dollar makeup remover.

2) stop being emo. Emo makeup is honestly just overapplied black eyeliner, which does not flatter anyone. So ease up on the liner.
The best thing to use is vaseline...I wear waterproof mascara and liquid eyeliner so at night I get kleenex put some vaseline on the tissue close my eyes and lightly rub the makeup off - it works amazing and it doesn't hurt your eyes at all - it also moisturizes your undereyes to avoid getting wrinkles!
SOAP! but do not rub it under your eye because then it gets in your eye but rub the soap on you eyes when they are closed then wash it off and get a towel or a rag and just rub the stuff off it works for me when i don't have makeup removal or something to take my makeup off

Make-up remover isn't that expensive. You could try baby lotion on a cotton wool ball. It's really gentle, so it won't sting and it gets make-up off easily.
Vaseline. Rub it on your closed eye and then rub it off with a cotton ball. Works like magic on all your make up... mascara, eye shadow, and everything!!!! Magic I tell ya! Magic!
Vaseline on a cotton swab it works like a miracle.

I use it when I run out of makeup remover.
use a wet washcloth and get it wet then use a dry one to wipe it off. Trust me it works. :)
Buy some makeup remover.
Pond's cold cream.

Dip your finger in and rub it off of your eyes. It washes off.
Baby Oil.

Just melts off.
lotion with a q-tip.
face lotion on a tissue works well, just make sure not to get it into your eyes :/
use baby oil.
oil free eye makeup remover, works like a charm.
