Loreal HIP (High intensity pigments) Gel Liner. You can find it at any drugstore for about $10. They are worth the price, and they don't smudge/wear off throughout the day. It won't even budge on the waterline. It's my personal favorite. Plus, when you buy it, it comes with a professional brush. The other good thing? The colors. It comes in Black, Brown, Teal, Purple, and a Dark Blue. So if you want more color choices - There you go! But the black is really truly a great black. They don't call it high intensity pigments for nothing.


Just a heads up, if you do decide to get it, get it at Walgreen's. Half the time they have it for when you buy one of them, you get one free (it's worth $10!).
yeah i agree with ';=]'; , i've been using revelon colorstay eyeliner for a long time. work really well. and it's not liquid liner.

their black eyeliner pencil works amazingly ! and im pretty sure its about 5-7 bucks, cheap and works great :)
Your best pick would be Almay 16 Hour Waterproof Eyeliner. Glides on really easily and boldly on the waterline.
