Black eye liner pencil?

What is the best black eye liner pencil? I have always used liquid eye liner, but would like to start lining the inside of my bottom lids and it wouldn't be very easy or stay put w/ the liquid liner. Also, would like for it to be waterproof. Thanks!Black eye liner pencil?
MAC Smoulder eye pencil - very black and very creamy and easy to go on.


Waterproof- Urban Decay 24/7 in Zero, but it's not very black. If you have fair skin then you will do fine. But if you are darker, the black will look brownish.


Makeup For Ever black eye pencil - it's black and waterproof but not as creamy as the other two.


You can also try MAC fluidline in Blacktrack. It's goes on very easily and stays put. But it comes in a pot, so you need a brush to apply it.Black eye liner pencil?

There is an eye kohl by L'oreal Hip. I heard it's really good but I haven't tried it yet. I just bought it, but never really used it yet. It comes in navy, black, brown, burgundy, etc. - $10.03?
