if you had to pik 3 things you had to buy in a department store for mor money it would be eyliner, concealer, and foundation. MAC fluidline is amzing, benefit eye kohl is great and has a smudger and a LONG pencil, last forever, bobbi brown long wear gel eyeliner, MAC power point pencils, and urban decay 24-7 waterproof eye liner pencils.are all great.

Also you can try MAC eye shadow in ';black tied'; and use an angled wet brush and brush it on, sometimes that helps with a smokey look...and keeping it in place
