Should i go with black or brown eye liner?

i am a gril with pale skin, topaz eyes, and black hair. What would be the best color for me?Should i go with black or brown eye liner?

you should go with a brown liner if you were to wear black it would clash with your hair and you want your eyes to stand out :)
If you have pale skin, definately go for the brown eyeliner, the black would be too severe.
