How do i put on smokey black bottom eye liner?

right now i just put it on the flat line thing before my bottom lashes but it looks like im not really wearing it and when i put it below my lashes it looks to thick??? help!How do i put on smokey black bottom eye liner?

You should try doing a mixture of both. Line the waterline (the part before your bottom lashes) but also LIGHTLY trace the pencil along the lower lashline. If you want it smokey, you can take your pinkie finger and smudge the liner (the liner below your bottom lashes) from the inside of your eye to the outside of your eye.
I would put on a pencil liner and then go over it powder liner like loreal's hip eye color or a black eyeshadow on with a liner brush... it sticks better and looks great!!!!
ok u just put it on the line and put it on until u can actually see and then u should put on mascara and that will help bring it out a lot more than u will think but it works.
