What eye liner / eye pencil is there that will not smudge off to other parts of the eye from blinking?

The trick to makeing eyemakeup stay on is a good base. The base acts like a primer and prevents your eyelid from getting oily.

I use waterproof eye liner. It works wonder. You can also ask for non-smudge eye liner when you go shopping. They should be able to show you different options that you can choose.

I live in Mo where we get some very humid weather, hot, horrible. I have to do this trick to keep my eyeliner from rubbing off. I take a slanted eye liner brush, dip it in water or visine, then in black eye shadow. I draw a thin line on top and bottom lids and it won't come off until I wash my face. Its the best trick I have tried. Most eye pencils rub off, even the so called 8 hour ones. My trick works far better, longer than any of them.
I love Revlon Colorstay! It won't smudge and the color really lasts all day.
